Danielle Wynimko has fulfilled the requirements set forth by the Supreme Court of Florida to be recognized by the Florida Bar as a Florida Registered Paralegal. To maintain certification, Danielle must complete continuing education, including classes related to legal ethics and professionalism. Danielle assists the attorneys with gathering information during investigations, drafting motions in felony and misdemeanor cases, and scheduling depositions and hearings.

Tammy Baker is a legal assistant and paralegal with the firm. She handles many of the administrative and bookkeeping tasks. She is assigned to administrative law and civil asset forfeiture cases. Tammy graduated from Florida Gulf Coast University with a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Legal Studies. Before joining the firm, she was a paralegal specialist at the Attorney General’s Office in the Children’s Legal Services.

Shameka Hollingsworth is a legal assistant and paralegal with the firm. She handles the administrative tasks at the Clearwater Office. She helps the attorneys with misdemeanor and traffic cases. Before joining the firm, she worked as the felony legal assistant supervisor in Division A at the Public Defender’s Office in the Sixth Judicial Circuit. She earned an Associate’s Degree at St. Petersburg College in 2019.

Monic Gonzalez

Monic Gonzalez is a paralegal at the Sammis Law Firm, P.A. She is primarily responsible for helping clients charged with DUI and other serious driving offenses during the case. Throughout the client’s pending DUI case, Monic plays an essential role at the firm by coordinating the dates for the formal review hearing, getting subpoenas served, and assisting the clients in obtaining a 42-day driving permit or hardship driving privileges while the attorneys fight the administrative suspension. Monic also helps the attorneys obtain videotape evidence and schedule court appearances. She works with the attorneys to file all appropriate motions and pleadings in DUI cases.

Sebastian Rivera Aldas is the Intake Coordinator who helps potential clients schedule a meeting with the attorney, gathers all of the relevant documents, and organizes the initial documents for the attorney. As the first point of contact, Sebastian is bilingual and fluent in Spanish. Sebastian graduated from the University of Florida (UF) in Gainesville, FL, with a degree in criminology. He previously worked for the State Attorney’s Office for the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit.
