Thursday Night DUI Checkpoints in Hillsborough County

Attention sober drivers – avoid being delayed at a DUI checkpoint tonight at 10 p.m. on Thursday, Aug 15, 2013 from 10:00 p.m. till 2 a.m. the next day near 15043 Bruce B. Downs Blvd., Tampa, FL.

Then another DUI checkpoint in Tampa will occur on Thursday, Aug 29, 2013 at 11 p.m. till 2 a.m. the next day in Western Hillsborough County at 4537 Lowell Rd., Tampa FL.

I wonder why HCSO is putting all of the checkpoints on a Thursday night instead of a Friday or Saturday night?
